The Project Manager is part of the Lead Team, who is responsible for defining the concept for the game in close collaboration with the team.  

The Project Manager has executive responsibilities and powers, but does not make decisions on content and aesthetic decisions. 

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the production is on schedule. 

The Project Manager must ensure the creation of the best, secure setting for creativity, which demands personal and communicative skills.
The Project Manager is responsible for organizing and driving all the different phases of the game development in such a way that everybody on the team is informed and that the collaboration is optimal.

The Project Manager is, in collaboration with the Lead Team, responsible for having the game tested on the target audience.

The Project Manager is, in collaboration with the team and Game Director, responsible for planning and assessing the scope of the work in compliance to time and resources available.

The Project Managers come from Interactive, Digital Media at Aalborg University, Digital Design at Aarhus University, and the IT University of Copenhagen.
