The Project Manager has executive powers and is responsible for ensuring that the production functions and is implemented on schedule. This responsibility is exercised via decisions indicating the path to be followed.

The Project Manager’s resources at DADIU are time, personnel and their talents, computers, and premises. The Project Manager must create the best, most secure setting for creativity and this calls for personal and communicative skills, as the team must be confident that the Project Manager has the necessary overview.

The Project Manager has executive responsibilities and powers, but does not make decisions on content and function.

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing and driving all the different phases of the game development in such a way that everybody on the team is informed and that the collaboration is optimal.

The Project Manager has, in collaboration with Game Director, Art Director, Lead Game Programmer and Game Designer, the responsibility to test the game on the target audience.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the design document is assembled and that everybody supplies the relevant details for each section. The Project Manager is responsible for the production-related aspects of the design document.

The Project Managers come from Interactive, Digital Media at Aalborg University, Digital Design at Aarhus University, and the IT University of Copenhagen.
